Day 7: Skywatch Friday - November 7, 2025
There hasn't been that much rain, this parking lot just has a drainage problem. It did make for a pretty picture! Right after someone tore through in their minivan, ruining the mirror-like surface.

ReplyDeleteI love the colors on the last image. There are quite a few places in my neck of the woods that hoard puddles when it rains. Good thing it doesn't rain too often. That's probably why the drainage is so bad.
ReplyDeleteI was told they'd done their part to fix the issue, now the city has to take care of theirs. It sounds like some city drain diverts to that parking lot, clogged up I guess. My backyard hoards puddles once it's really rainy weather. Clay doesn't drain well.

ReplyDeleteGiven the climate I live in, all I could think of was the ice that would form in that lot. That's one big drainage problem but it did make for a great reflection photo.
