Sunday Stamps - October 12, 2025

The theme for Sunday Stamps continues with K stamps.

King Arthur
Grenada 1972
Issued to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the United Nation's Children's Fund (UNICEF).  Apparently King Arthur represents protection of the vulnerable, especially children.

Kangaroo, Grizzled Tree
Papua New Guinea 1952

Kingfisher
Singapore 1963

Following K is the letter L, so that's next week's theme.

    1. Yes, he's a pretty one, very crisp colors. I don't know where I got him.

    1. I am slowing photographing my stamps. I open the file and search for the letter and see what comes up! Kingfisher was there since I remember to rename it. I do the same for postcards. Time consuming, but I don't have a lot else to do! I ignore the needed vacuuming!
