Wordy Wednesday - August 6, 2025

 The garden is showing signs summer is slowing down.  

I've cut back some of the oreganos in the herb garden.   Not the golden oregano you can see there in the center. 

It's blooming.

Many of the daylilies are done, but a few are blooming still, or again.

The Narrow-Leaf milkweed has gone to seed. 

Mickey doing a Rin Tin Tin imitation, which isn't a sign of season's changes, just cute.  I do hope cooler weather helps his itchies, he's getting a hot spot on his leg.  First time that's happened.
