Sunday Stamps - July 27, 2025
Christmas (in July) is the theme for this Sunday Stamps.
Australia 1983
Canada 1965
Ireland 1995
U.S.A. 1964
Next week begins a new theme of A. The fun part is, it will be followed by B, C, D, and E!
By the way, this is Lisa from the previous blog, Lisa's Garden Adventure, which was accidentally, and permanently, deleted when I made a really careless mistake.
I'm so glad to see you - wondered what happened!
ReplyDeleteAnyway, Holly is quite the artist. (does Baby Jesus have his own doll?)
I can't quite tell what's going on with the Baby Jesus! A doll, or he's sliding out of the bed.
DeleteI love all, but the first stamp is adorable. It made me smile.
ReplyDeleteSorry about the deleting. I am glad you keep blogging anyway, I would have missed your contributions :)
I wouldn't know what to do with myself if I couldn't blog!
DeleteI am so sorry you deleted your old blog! I haven't done that, yet. Thanks for sharing all these stamps.
ReplyDeleteJust be careful you are signed in to where you think you are!
DeleteI'm glad you weren't discouraged. My favorite was the Irish stamp. The U.S. poinsettia, to me, looks so sad.
ReplyDeleteIt was probably a typical poinsettia for then. They have breed them to be bushier and showier. The ones in the wild have simple flowers (not really their flowers though) like the stamp illustration.
DeleteA lovely drawing from Australia. Children drawings are the best!
ReplyDeleteThey are charming!
DeleteGreat collection.
ReplyDeleteIreland always have lovely Christmas stamps. Sorry to hear about your blog, what a nightmare.
